DUNKIN'
Valentine's Day 2021
One of my favorite Dunkin' programs. Our client wanted to introduce these animated characters for this window only, so my approach: headlines personifying the characters flirting with each other, and sometimes even with the customers. These headlines were so fun and flavorful and BEST of all (maybe just for me personally)—they were all approved in the first round.
FALL 2020
Mmm... Fall.​ This program was a blast to work on and even led to our highest sales week in Dunkin' history, once Blink 182 caught sight of our "All The Fall Things" headline and played a fun rebuttal. This led to my team winning a 2021 Silver REGGIE Award for Holiday or Seasonal Marketing & Bronze Effie for Shopper & Commerce: Seasonal/Event.
Joy in Childhood Foundation Fundraiser 2020
Another favorite. Launching our annual Joy in Childhood fundraiser during a pandemic and an oncoming economic recession was a challenge, but for a cause that was more important than ever before. With strategy, thoughtfulness and care, we built off our Cheersin’ platform with the call-to-action: Give Cheer to Children.
Evergreen Elements
Some Dunkin' restaurants aren't able to roll out all of our new seasonal products, but we still want their interior to be bright, shiny and full of life. Above are my evergreen elements that focused on key brand products sold at every Dunkin'.
